Design Qs is known for the clear, restrained, and elegant aesthetic of its interior design work. Founded in 2006 by Valentina Azarova, today it could be your destination to discover the new. Early in life, Valentina, with her European heritage and extensive travel experience around the world, found her passion for art, design, and creativity.

Her style is grounded in simplicity-driven principles, aiming to bring out the light, transparency, and feeling of the space. She doesn’t confine herself to one style but blends the unique features of the space and her clients' individual needs and tastes.

Eric Montoya discovered his passion for building homes when he began working for his family’s construction business. He followed great traditions to stay true to perfection and precision in his work. Over the years, he put together an exceptional team and quickly become successful.

With the high number of building and renovation projects around the Chicago area and the suburbs, THE NEW START attracted the attention of European luxury brands managing the assembly and installation of modern kitchens, closets, and built-in systems.

Today, their portfolio is hugely varied. Eric is an experienced and results-driven contractor who strives single-mindedly for the successful completion of each project he takes on.
