The River North project is a great example of a complete rehab and renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. THE NEW START has been contracted to the project management under the supervision of Eric Montoya. Eric has the experience and resources to handle the most complex building issues through this process and strived to resolve those issues with determination and the maximized final result. 

GENERAL CONTRACTOR: BUILDING AND RENOVATION RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SPACES.

  • Dismantling, taring down and removing old materials. 

  • Ruffing in to construct the new layout of the space, electrical, and plumbing work accordingly.

  • Restoring and refinishing ceiling joists.

  • Restoring and leveling the concrete flooring.

  • Restoring and finish the application of the wood and marble walls finishes. 

  • Modifying the exterior facade of the build including the reinforcing of the building structure. Enlarging the size of the windows as well as the design of the entrance.
